Prestigious medical youth councils or programs?
Any medical youth councils that are prestigious that I can join? Like the equivalent of a national student poet but for medicine? Also are there any good summer biology and medicine programs I can join? thanks

If your state has a governor's school-type residential summer program that is selective and either low-cost or completely free, you can aim for that. As a general guideline, any programs you apply to for resume purposes should be free to attend or pretty cheap but prestigious, anything else is only worth it for fun.
