An excellent extracurricular activity for you relating to computer science would be to participate in competitive events such as hackathons or UIL tournaments. If you're looking for something more casual, you can showcase your skills by working on a project such as a website or mobile app. These activities show admissions officers how serious you are about this field and helpfully show your skills.

For computer science, most extracurricular activities would involve creation of projects (competitions, collaborations) or taking online courses to further your skills. I also think it could be beneficial if you start your own program teaching others computer science related things (whether it be in your community, for children, for a community with not as many opportunities, or an online group)
