I would really like to be a scientist working with genetic engeneering. But I'm not good at chemistry. I'm not sure if I'll be able to complete chemistry courses of biotech. Should I try bioinformatics? Or Molecular Biology?
If your dream is genetic engineering, I would say biotech would be your best option, and this is because you will most certainly need the chem classes that are placed in that pathway for your career field. However, if that's REALLY not an option, I would personally pick molecular biology since I think that it would more closely align with your goals. However, I don't know much about bioinformatics, but I don't think it would be a great first option. In the end, it really does depend on you. Hope this helps.
Bioinformatics involves less chemistry than biotech and molecular biology.
