Admissions Advice

Do California State colleges look at the signs( + and -) of your grades or do they ignore it like the UCs do?

I don't want to hurt my chances of getting to a good college so I was wondering if Californian state universities take the +'s and -'s of your grades into account during the application or do they just ignore them?

CAL STATE schools do not count + and - grades just whole grades like UC Schools do.
