Is it bad to not submit an AP Score? what about submitting a 3?
If I've taken 10 AP classes through Junior year (all As) but submit only 9 scores (all 4s and 5s) will that look bad? Also what if one was a 3 (not related to future major)?

you gotta look at the college if this question is about the credit. all colleges assign different scores different levels of credit. and submitting 9/10 does not hurt at all!!! everybody chooses to send the best of their scores, nobody can get 5's on everything :)
It won't look bad. A 3 depends on the college's policy on giving AP credit. Some colleges give no credit, some give partial, and some give full credit for a 3. It usually depends on the school's caliber, an Ivy League would mostly just take 5s and maybe some 4s, but a state school should offer something for 3s on some exams.
