Is 990 on SAT a good score to apply at Hoston community college? Please I need honest answers.

For college, HCC is 100% admission.

For dual credit in high school, if you did not take the TSI Assessment, then they will use your SAT instead, which must be at least 1070.

So should I retake? Because the fall admission has already started and I was planning to retake it later (like after I already join)

And no I havent taken TSI assessment. I dont even know what that is since I am an international student. So if I request for financial aid, do you think they will let me?
