Is it possible to get into Wharton School of Business or Jerome Fisher Management and Technology Program with grades?

I am an Indian Student from CBSE Board.

My grades are as follows;

Class 9: 92.4%

Class 10: 98.4%

Class 11: 89.4%

Predicted Grade: 95%

SAT:

1st attempt: 1440

2nd attempt: 1560

Academically probably a yes ... But you have to get descent extracurriculars to get a good chance
