Dilemma regarding an Extracurricular activity

I am a student based in India.

I run a Financial Research Association called 'Infinity Financial Research Association'.

I started it a year ago as a web platform but I didn't buy a domain name for it. But still, I grew it and I have 8 writers working for it and 10 other executives working for it.

The association is launching a newsletter that has 500+ sign-ups. It has also created various financial literacy courses available for free of cost for the youth.

But I decided now that I should make a new website for it with a domain name.

I am applying to college in August 2023, so I am in a dilemma that if I write about this activity as a web page and the admissions committee searches for it they won't be able to find it. This would raise questions about the credibility of the activity despite so many other accomplishments.

Please guide me. What should I do?

Maybe you could explain that you started it as a web page but it has transitioned to a website with a different domain name. They would probably understand why you did it, and I think it would be easy enough to explain.
