Should I write multiple essays?

I already have around five different essays drafted (one complete), and I plan on applying to 20+ schools. Should I write multiple essays and submit different ones to each school? Or submit one for every application?

Hello! If the prompts are the same or extremely similar, I'd recommend just tweaking them, especially since you're applying to many schools. For the essays like "write about a challenge you had to overcome", "who inspires you to continue your educational journey," etc, etc, they shouldn't really need any changes unless you name-drop a specific program or university.
