Admissions Advice

What should I fill out the coursework section on CollegeVine if my educational system is different from the US system?

While filling my CollegeVine profile it asked me "Coursework

Admissions officers will evaluate your coursework based on the classes available at your school.

How many classes do you plan to complete by the end of senior year (12th grade)?

Count all classes from freshman through senior year.

Honors classes

AP/IB classes

Please enter a number between 0 and 50 College courses taken at a local Tour-year or community college

How many AP/IB classes does your high school offer? (optional)" but the problem is I am from outside of USA and in my country the system is different ( here we have 1th-5th grade called primary, then 6th-10th grade called secondary and 11-12th grade called higher secondary after that students usually go to universities of our country and pursue 4 years course honours, engineering etc). Now what should I fill in it as it's totally different, I am also unable to skip this. Please help, thanks in advance for your valuable suggestions and time.
