Early action deadlines for colleges is november 1st, as far as I've seen.

This means that if your school goes by semester systems, colleges will not see your senior year grades during your application at all.

HOWEVER, some colleges require mid-year and final reports of your grades for senior year from schools. Mid-year reports might come into consideration especifically, since some colleges give admission decisions in january, which means that they would have already seen your mid-year reports. Some colleges, however, give early action decisions in december, meaning that they won't see your grades during the time of admissions BUT they definitely keep an eye on it to make sure that your grades aren't dropping below the standards.

For more specific information, look at the college website and see when early action decisions come out.
