Ivy League colleges do not look at your CV profiles. Nor do they have access to them unless you are sharing that information with them directly.
You can not expect them to care about your CV profile. Rather, CV is here to better inform you on how to better your chances of getting admitted into an Ivy if that is what you want.
The best thing you can do is research all the Ivys you want to apply to and figure out how to fill out your College application with information that they will positively react to during the college admissions cycle.
