Is there anywhere online where I can get my SAT essay marked for free?
I am in my senior year, and plan on taking the SAT along with the essay. I am not sure how to mark it, and I am not sure if any teachers at my school will be able to. Where can I get it marked? Also, should I send the score of the SAT essay to colleges that don't need them?

There is no official place to mark it. Since the SAT essay is very similar to a rhetorical analysis essay, I'd suggest asking your English teacher (whichever one taught you how to write one) to grade it for you. Also, from my research, I wouldn't think the SAT essay matters for colleges that don't need them, and it won't hurt your application.
I don't know how you will mark it, but I do know that KhanAcademy has a completely free SAT study plan that will personalize for you! Depending on the college and how good your score is you will/will not want to turn your score in.
