Are AP weighted classes counted as AP classes?

I am currently taking classes at my high school which are considered AP Weighted but are not actual CollegeBoard AP classes. Would these classes still be considered AP on CollegeVine and/or on CommonApp?

They would not be counted as AP on either site. You could probably list them as Honors or similar on Collegevine though.
