Don't always narrow yourself down to a percentage but don't let your scores and grade point average also make you think you're obligated to get in. Admissions counselors also have their own preferences when accepting people. Colleges look at everything from your personal life, extracurriculars, etc. These colleges have thousands and sometimes millions of other people, sometimes some with the same scores as you! "Just be honest as well as yourself," As generic, corny, and overused as it sounds, it is true.
