does university of Houston provide Special education and teaching as a major ?

I'm a senior in Vanguard Mozart Academy, I'm currently considering applying to University of Houston and I was planning on majoring in Special education and teaching.

No they do not. The only majors are 1. Health 2. Human Development and Family Studies 3. Teaching and Learning.

Their only minors are 1. Asian American Studies, 2. Education 3. Health 4. Hum. Dev. & Family Studies, 5. Special Populations.

The best Texas colleges for your major are Baylor, Abilene Christian University, UT San Antonio, TCU, UT El Paso, Midwestern State University. Houston Christian University, Our Lady of the Lake University, and Dallas Baptist.
