Admissions Advice

How much will my major matter when applying??

My dream school is Georgia tech doing computer science (although business is good too). My profile is clearly oriented to CS (around 7 ECs being tech) but I know how competitive it is in getting into tech’s CS program. I was thinking of applying to business because I think I want to do that more now, but I don’t know if I should apply for CS just because of my theme of application. Business would be kind of random and it might give a weird impression, like that I maybe would want to get into GAtech then switch to CS after. So how much does this really matter and should I just stick with CS then? Also if anyone got in first round accepted into CS for tech please get into contact with me I would love to hear how you guys like it. Thanks!
