Washington and Jefferson is a liberal arts school located in Pennsylvania. It offers majors such as biology and biomedical science, which could lead you into anesthesiology.
Penn West Edinboro is also in Pennsylvania, and there you could major in biology/biological sciences.
While there are better schools out there for an aspiring anesthesiologist, these schools do offer the programs that line up with your career choice.
