Can I submit this extracurricular even though I havent started it yet?

I just recently got accepted into the Morgan Stanley Jumpstart Scholars in Finance program and I was wondering if this was something that I could include on my common app extracurricular activities. I plan on majoring in finance and I think I would benefit greatly from having this on my application. I know that its Bi-weekly and the time frame is from November 1st, 2023 - April 5th, 2024 but im not sure if its alright to put it even though I havent started.

Any thoughts as to what I can do?

Yes, I would include it in the commonapp activities and just select that you will do it 12th grade (and post graduate if you will do that too). You could clarify in the description by stating what benefits this program will have / how it will help you or why its prestigious and then saying something like: admitted to program for 2024 school year (begin 11/1/23).
