I came to the U.S. 4 years ago (in 8th grade) so I didn't notice the importance of taking a lot of AP classes(also messed up my GPA quite a lot in Covid Year) and Extracurricular Activities. And being EL restricted me from taking AP Physics in junior year. What's my chance of getting accepted?
I recommend using Collegevine's chancing system. It is not completely accurate, like all systems, but it does give you a general idea of your chances. Take it's suggestions with a grain of salt, though!
This program is highly selective so early action may not be the best situation if you are not confident in your acceptance possibility. Also, if you have applied and are not accepted, do not worry. There are options to still get in, but it will take more time. Option 1: Attend community college for a semester or 2 to prove your abillity to handle college level courses. Transfer students normally have less requirements than first-year. Option 2: Check out other colleges that may be a better fit for you and apply this year if you have time or next year if you miss the deadlines.
Don't panic; there are ways to get into your college! Just keep an open mind and do your best!
