Can some explain why college adimmsion people are concidering me as an International student, but I am actually a H4 ?
Hi, Everyone
I applied to my colleges like William and Mary and James Madison University. I don't know why they consider me as an international student, but I am a H4 student. Please help me on how to prove that I am actually a Legal US student who is a non-immigrant.
