Princeton
Answered

I applied to Princeton and have a weighted gpa of 4.45 at the end of my jr year in IB classes. Was coxswain of our rowing team for 5 yrs, in Theatre and perform twice a year, volunteer hours at local festivals and have helped at summer school for 2 weeks for 3 yrs in a row helping children with special needs. Also, attended the Wash. Journalism and Media conference in July at GMU for a week. I had my Princeton alumni interview last month.

Do you think I have any chance (i applied test optional)?

from your commitment I think you stand a chance, as long as you didn't screw up your interview, and if your recommendations are strong. tbh i feel like your activities smell of Princeton (lol). but i don't think we can say much since you mentioned only 5 of your activities. in princeton common data set (registrar.princeton.edu/sites/g/files/toruqf136/files/documents/CDS2022-2023.pdf) , they stated that they regard 'test scores' as very important. but usually, top schools see GPA as a better indicator (with class ranks), esp if you are from one of the top high schools. just gotta keep in mind that students with high gpa usually submit high test scores too.
