what other extra curriculars should i try to involve myself in?

i am really interested in biology, and i hope to pursue a career in vet med, but i dont know what other activities i should participate in. i already intern at labs at caltech, but we dont really focus on animal sciences. i also am in the process of applying for a lab based internship with childrens hospital, but thats more human sciences? im already involved in a lot of environmental science activities, as i used to intern at a plant nursery. so, what other activies shoud i try to pursue? anything helps! :)
