Is a C+ bad in AP Calculus BC?

I've gotten straight A's all my life up until senior year, which is when I decided to challenge myself with 4 APs. I received a B in two of them along with a B in an honors class in the first quarter and got my first C+ along with three other Bs in the second quarter. For more context, my APs include French, Biology, Literature, and Calculus BC. Will admissions be forgiving of this C considering it's in AP Calculus BC, one of the hardest courses at my school, or does this completely wreck my chances of getting into schools with 20% acceptance rates? Considering extracurriculars, I have 2 leadership positions, played 3 different season sports, volunteer frequently in my town and completed 3 summer internships. Would any of this slightly override my transcript issues?
