Admissions Advice

What would it look like to colleges if I continued to advise a club I started @ my previous school?

I started a Student Cultural Committee and my previous school that was pretty devoid of any sort of clubs or extracurriculars, but I had to move unexpectedly. I don’t want to just abandon my brain child, I still want to be involved in its affairs and I want to see the school I was a part of grow and better itself. I want to continue to advise the club (instating an in-club President ofc) but how would this look to admissions officers? Would it look weird? I’m planning on joining the Diversity Club at my current school too so it’s not like I’m not involved in it at all.

The only issue I can see is if the school doesn’t allow it and it’s instead of the prez of club your the NSA still prestigious but you aren’t the day to day operator. I’d say go for it as you will certainly not be looked down upon for that.

No, it's not gonna look weird at all! Go for it! Colleges love diversity so they'd definitely see that you're a well-rounded student with exposure to many different cultures. That's such a cool club too! :)
