I’m in 11th grade. I’m seeking to enter a university to major in food science and hoping that whatever school gives a scholarship for that course or a food company offers a scholarship.
I don't think any of them have a specific food science major but I know lots of them have programs that can help prepare someone for a career in food science. For example: Cornell has a Department of Food Science and Technology within the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. check this out: cals.cornell.edu/food-science
Rutgers as well, which is more of a public ivy, has a Department of Food Science in the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences. check this out: foodsci.rutgers.edu/
I don't think Cornell or Rutgers offer specific scholarships designated solely for food science majors, but they do have good financial aid packages. It's also possible the specific departments offer awards, I'd advise you to check
