My school follows my country's curriculum, which isn't any of the curriculums listed on collegevine. What do I do?

I'm from Bangladesh where we follows the national curriculum called NCTB. NCTB equivalents of the curriculums listed will barely be accurate as the NCTB curriculum is just... weird. Now, how do I use collegevine and fillup the academics parts in this situation? We do have exams which are equivalent of O/A levels, but we don't have AP/IB classes, no honors/college courses either.
