Honors/Achievements Section on Commonapp
i got nominated for girl's state however i have a much more prestigious summer program to attend therefore i cannot participate in girl's state. am i still allowed to include the honor of being nominated as a delegate in the honors/awards section of the commonapp despite not attending the program?

The "Honors/Achievement" section of the common app is strictly for given awards. I am not too sure about nominations, however if you are given a tangible recognition for receiving an award, whether an online degree or a physical reward, they can, and should, be submitted.
