EC red flag?

Hey all.

I just had a bit of a concern with my college app.

A few months ago I was invited by a group of my friends to make a non profit organization. Since then we have made significant progress including making it a 501(c)(3) and achieving the equivalent of a tier 1c EC. I am the co-founder and executive vice president of this organization.

Thing is I already run another non profit organization (which is also 501(c)(3) lol) which is tier 1c (almost a 1b), and a business which is 1a.

Is it a red flag to college admission officers to see a student open up so many organizations? I truly care about my company and my initial non profit organization as they have personal reasons to why I made them. The new non profit is somewhat standard (teaching students internationally about STEM, finance, med, etc.) and may not be as impressive or unique.

I want to go into business or medicine (aiming for Upenns health care management program). My GPA and grades are already cracked (valedictorian of my highschool) and getting two college degrees on the side, so that's not really a worry for me.

Founding + leading multiple organisations can be seen as a positive thing by colleges. It shows initiative and leadership, passion and commitment and time management. There are cons to this: Colleges might wonder if you're spreading yourself too thin. To combat this: highlight the impact, focus on the relevant organisations and prioritise!!

I would say it's a positive thing if you have that many organizations and are also valedictorian, it would show that you are a hard-working and a very dedicated to your studies.
