Is it possible to apply even before early decision?
According to common application and college websites , we can apply for early decision around November . I feel like it's too late ( practically the whole year would get wasted ) , is there a way I could apply earlier ?

You can apply to any college as soon as August 1st, as that is when the common app portal launches. Even if the Early Decision deadline is in November, that doesn't mean that is the earliest you are allowed to apply.

You can apply as soon as it opens up August 1st. Some schools have individual rolling admissions however.
