How much do Coursera Courses and Hospital Volunteering help with admission chances?

After this summer I'm going to be a Junior, and I'm wondering how much Coursera Courses and/or Hospital Volunteering with help me. I plan to pursue a medical career, and major in Biochemistry once I enter college. Will doing extra courses on Coursera or eDX help with my admission chances along with hospital Volunteering?
