Can a teacher email the admissions office and it hurt your chances of enrolling

Basically a Teacher at my school are involved with bullying a harassment towards a student. And basically and there's evidence too and many people know about it and it was about a rumor spreading around the school and they were actively bullying and harassing this student and the teacher threatened the student and said that if she came for her she would come for her and email a lit to the admissions office and told the student that she was more devious then her and would ruin her collage admission chances I know the student personally and she wants to tell the principal about what happened but if this teacher emails the admissions office will it hurt her chances of getting in would the admission office even care about a random email from a teacher about a student who might apply I know this sounds crazy but its 100% true.

i mean, not really. the college would probably look into it more and see that the teacher was removed for harassing a student. if that’s the case the college will more than likely not care in the slightest
