Does Stanford use freshman gradesAnswered
Been seeing a lot of mixed answers so does anyone have any confirmed answer preferably from the stanford website

They require a transcript for grades 9-12 because all official transcripts have grades from 9-12. You can't just remove freshman year from a transcript. But they do not care about freshman grades.
Thought OP was asking about whether they physically see the grades, which they do, but thanks for the clarification
Yes this is correct. As a Standford undergrad, they don't look at freshman grades from highschool
