5 or 6 classes senior year?

I’m a senior and my college counselor told me it would be better to take 6 classes my senior year, but so far the workload is too much for me, along with my ECs and applications. My school does not offer AP classes, and I currently have a 4.16 and 1470 SAT. I want to major in public health. Current classes are: Stats, Calculus, a history class about Latin America, a Global Health class, Honors Chemistry, and an English class about banned books. I’d like to ditch the chem or stats. Thoughts?
