Hi! What specifically do you need help with? Some basic essay suggestions are to write the essay first, and don't look at prompts until you're done as your essay will likely fall under a prompt naturally. Also, don't look at the word count until you've said all you need to say. It's much easier to trim an essay down than to build up substance. I'd also recommend to use an online website to help brainstorm topics, and make sure to write it in your own voice, and choose a topic that shows personal growth and leadership. I would like to know which topic would be most appropriate for writing an essay and what the specific expectations are when evaluating the essay. Should the essay focus on describing a personal experience or sharing informative content? Additionally, is it acceptable to write about personal achievements, or can I also reflect on experiences that may not be directly related to my field of study?

You can write about anything, it definitely doesn’t have to be directly related to your field of study, but it’s good for the admissions rep to be able to recognize how the growth or experience of trait etc you write about will benefit their college and help you in the future. If you have an impactful personal experience you feel shows a lot about you- write about it! If not, there are a million other things you can write about. Pack it with information without sacrificing the flow of the essay.
