GPA and Credits

I graduated high school with a 3.27/4 GPA, which doesn't sound great at all. However, I took about 10-11 classes per year, with the exception of 8 classes in senior year. They were all extremely rigorous classes, and bear in mind, I also took all 3 sciences (bio, chem, phys) every single year of high school. I am an international student, for context. Will US colleges be considerate of the cumbersome amount of classes I took? I also graduated with 400 credits, so I'm wondering if they look at that as well.
