CSS Profile -- can I get a refund if I suddenly get accepted into a school where I applied "early decision"

Hi! I'm from a lower-middle class family and I plan to apply early decision (ED) to one university. my ED university says that they'll email their decision by December 15 but I also plan to apply for scholarships to other schools and their deadlines are early December (most are before December 15).

If I submit CSS profile to the non-ED universities and actually get accepted to my ED university, can I still withdraw my CSS profile from the other schools and get a refund?

You may actually be eligible for a fee waiver, if finances are a concern. More info here: https://cssprofile.collegeboard.org/fee-waivers
