Chances to get into university of tennessee knoxville

Hello, I am a week off from going into the summer before my senior year and have been trying to stay prepared as possible for applying to colleges. I was wondering if you think I would get in as an out of state student at the university of Tennessee Knoxville as I have a 4.1842 weighted 3.9474 unweighted gpa and a 22 act score. I have not taken my sat yet but plan on taking it the 7th of June and than again after depending on how my score goes. I am in a lot of extracurriculars including band track, NHS and beta club as well as holding a job from my junior to hopefully through the end of high school. the main reason I'm posting this is due to other sites claiming a 49% average acceptance rate in comparison to previous years and had heighten my worry of not getting in to my dream school.
