AP Self-Study?

I'm a rising sophomore as of right now, and I want to improve my chances of getting into a T20. I have a 4.0 and I want to study Engineering, but my school only offers 2 APs in senior year (AP Lang and AP Spanish) and a few Honors classes. Would it be a good idea to self-study for a few APs such as Stats, Psych, and Comp Sci or would I be better off just doing dual enrollment?
