how can I make my ECA profile strong

did science fair for 2 years and was awarded second prize in intra school science fair, did dance for 2 years and was awarded second prize in intra school science fair and was awarded third prize in a honarable organizations competition among 200 candidates, did debate for 3 years and was awarded second prize in second year in intra school debate competition and was awarded intra school championship in parliament debate in my third year. did MUN for a year and wasn't recognized any award and couldn't do more because I needed to come to NY from Bangladesh at that time. Currently my schools junior newspaper editor, did an internship in Steven raga campaign and gained practical knowledge about how local government work, did an internship in macquire high school where I explored various career fields and gained practical knowledge from the professionals, as I grew up in join family and the eldest of the family, I took care of my cousins for 4 years on weekdays for 5 hours each day when my aunt was a college student, currently doing part time job for 20 hours per week in a local restaurant to overcome financial struggle and organized 3 consequitive dance events for my school
