SAT decision

Hiii okay so I have the June SAT in 2 days... and to be honest so much has happened up to this day and I didn't have time to study as much as I should've for this sat. my sat I took on may was a 1050... yes very bad. My idea was to take it in august again, so then I would have 2 months to for real study and it'll be so much better than to rush. But if everything goes south, I can just go test optional right? I'm not looking for a t10 or t20 school to be honest, I'm just worried about my status of myself. And I'm still trying because it increases my chances for scholarships as well. Do you, whoever is reading, think that its worth it to just try my best for this sat in 2 days, then take another in august (the price for it isn't that much of a problem)? Or just forget the august SAT and choose test-optional? Thanks again.
