Senior Secondary Leaving Examinations

Hi, I'm graduating high school in a few weeks. The only thing left to do is to finish the Senior Secondary Leaving Examinations in my country, deciding if I can graduate and which colleges I can apply to, depending on my scores.

I plan to take a gap year and then study abroad in the US, so I only need to pass these exams, meaning I don't have to score high, and so I haven't studied hard for them, thinking I only need enough to graduate.

I just realized I have to report these scores in the Common App, and I'm pretty sure the scores will make me look less appealing to US colleges. Do I really need to submit those? Or can I skip them?
