An hour and 15 minutes makes 75 minutes, so if I'm understanding this right, you would do 75 (the length of the meetings) x 20 (the amount of meetings you've attended).

75 x 20 is 1,500 minutes. Just put that in a calculator and divide by 60, and you've got the amount of hours spent per year!
