how can i stand out without picking up more?

I'm already a very busy person, but i'm worried that my application is going to be too basic to stand out. some things i do/did already are:

-chamber choir and harmonia (top 2 choirs)

-color guard captain (3 years on team, first year as captain)

-part time job unrelated to major

-varsity track and field (specifically shot put and discus)

-1 year of techincal training at a place called OSTC, specifically engineering related

-student council member and leadership member (more selective class for stuco)

-regional presenter for MASC/MAHS (no awards)

-Kettering Diversity Union member

-Quilt award submission curator (MASC/MAHS yearly award for diversity and inclusion event and more)

-many artsy hobbies including painting, collages, crafting and more

I want to go into Biomedical Engineering, hopefully at the University of Michigan.

I fear even with all i do, i won't stand out. any suggestions?
