What are my chances of going to an Ivy Grad?

I'm an early college student and I'm on track to get my associates when I graduate, but my associates won't carry over to an Ivy league or highly prestigous private school to count towards my undergrad. If I went to one I would have to totally restart.

I'm planning to go to a public 4-year university (UNCG) so my associates will carry and I can get my bachelor's by 20. How will this affect me when I'm applying to prestigious grad schools?
