I think joining clubs will really benefit you, most people say you need to be a leader of a club to get into good places but that's not always the case. I say join related clubs to Kinesiology or biology, something similar. Another recommendation I have is to connect with people in your community who have jobs that you would want to have in the future if you follow the kinesiology/PT path, get connected, possible shadow them. If you do that then you could ask for rec letters (not always needed but good to have). For more of Kinesiology recommendations, also join clubs but other than that I would recommend playing a sport if you don't already and try to see if you could work with a coach from your school or just in your community to shadow them or (if a team of younger kids) be an assistant or co-coach. This can show you interest in kinesiology and willingness to be apart of a team.
