does the amount of ap classes you take matter?

im wondering since at the moment i've taken 2 ap's, does college care about the amount you take?

What colleges care most about is how you have used the resources available to you. You often hear that taking 4 out of the 4 APs at your school is equivalent to taking 10+ out of the 20 available. If your school has more APs, take them. Otherwise, seek out other opportunities to showcase intellectual curiosity and the ability to handle rigor.
