What should I do? CollegeVine Accounts

So my friend has an account on here, but his parents made an account under his name for him before checking with him to make sure he didn't already have one. IK you can't have more than one account, but in this situation, would it be considered okay since technically that is his parents' account and it's registered under a different email?
