i know your told not to write about religion or injury's or stuff like that but im talking about health issues and im scared its to cliche.
The topic can be cliché as long as the solution is unique to you
You don't necessarily have to not talk about any of those things, especially if it is important to you. What you should not do is to frame in a generic way. You want to catch the attention of an admission officer who has probably read thousands if not tens of thousands of essays. You have to take a unique approach with a unique storyline and a unique ending. Or else, he/she,out of boredom and annoyance, could throw out your essay (electronicaly anyway :D) and basically your entire application is ---.
