is it gonna hurt my chances places if i don't put my resume in my common app? like i basically put everything i do in my application but like i COULD make aa resume. but like is it worth it!
Not including a resume in your Common App won’t hurt your chances if you’ve already filled out the activities, honors, and additional info sections thoroughly. Most colleges don’t require a resume unless they specifically ask for one. That said, having a resume on hand can be useful for scholarships, internships, or recommendation letters. If you’ve got the time, it’s worth making — but it’s not a must.
I would say probably just make a resume and put it on there, it can't hurt but it can definitely help, especially if you're applying for harder to get into schools.
